Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager at Bullet. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, project managing key work streams, overseeing project planning and execution as well as maintaining strong client relationships. This role is based in our beautiful penthouse studio in Darlinghurst 3-days a week with the option to WFH 2-days a week.

  • Cultivate and grow client relationships—you’re proactive in expanding project scope and ensuring our work makes a lasting brand impact.
  • Own the financials—from quoting to tracking budgets, you ensure projects are delivered profitably without compromising creative excellence.
  • Craft inspiring and insightful briefs—you know how to turn client challenges into clear, strategic direction that elevates creative work.
  • Drive projects with confidence—keeping teams aligned, managing client feedback, and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
  • Lead with a relationship-first mindset—you take full ownership of your accounts, fostering trust and ensuring clients keep coming back.

What you'll bring to the table

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you can navigate client conversations with ease and confidence.
  • Proven project management and strategic planning expertise—you’re organised, detail-oriented, and always thinking two steps ahead.
  • 5+ years of experience in an account management role—within a brand or creative agency.
  • Deep understanding of branding and marketing—this is non-negotiable.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams—you bring together strategists, creatives, and clients seamlessly.
  • A results-driven mindset—you have a track record of achieving revenue targets and hitting KPIs.
  • Experience in place branding—highly valued.
