IN HOUSE PRODUCTION MANAGER

Plaza Films looking to fill this key role within the company. 

This is a great opportunity to become a crucial member of a team working on top local and international productions.  You will be directly involved in the pitch and bidding process, and all the way through to final post production.  We are open to seeing people from experienced Coordinators, through to full Production Managers.  

Key Requirements

• A passion for problem solving and the production process.  
• The ability to work in a team. 
• Confidence, self motivation, initiative, and the ability to think outside of the box.  
• Diplomatic skills under pressure.  
• A capacity to mentor and manage junior staff in the office.  
• Strong communication and organisational skills, and appreciation of the creative process.   
• Experience with Word and Excel a given, and an understanding of budgeting and Adobe Packages an advantage.  
• A sense of humour and endless patience.
