After 15 years on the client side at the ANZ Bank and the MS Society, a further 15 years on the agency side at GPBates and Targetbase, my passion in database marketing and customer relationship management has not waned. I was a founder member of the team responsible for developing and executing the ANZ banks first relationship marketing programs to a client base of over 10 million customers.
