What's the role?

You’ll partner with our Production team, supporting the teams on all things end-to-end production. From creative ideation to flawless execution, you’ll be an executional powerhouse to help the team, drive our projects forward.

• Being part of the end-to-end process of production and all details that go with it, to deliver top-tier experiences, activations and events. There’ll be projects that you’ll own exclusively and ones where you’ll work together with the broader production team..
• Managing complex event and experience logistics and on-site operations, always exceeding expectations.
• Acting as a conduit between creatives, client teams, and third-party partners
• Keeping communication crystal-clear, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery
• Maintaining operational standards, troubleshooting challenges, and delivering exceptional execution
• Developing detailed and accurate budgets that creatively deliver without compromising quality
• Bringing innovative solutions to the table and keeping the team ahead of executional and industry trends
• Anticipating roadblocks, solving them with creativity, and continuously elevating our standards.

What you can bring to Banter?:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in activations, events or experiential marketing, leading large-scale campaigns from concept to completion.
• Organisational Mastery: Unshakeable under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities with ease.
