About the Opportunity:
Step into the heart of Lucas Restaurants as a Senior Creative and lead the charge in defining the visual identities of Australia’s most celebrated dining destinations. Reporting to the General Manager of Brand, this role is your opportunity to merge creative vision with leadership, overseeing an inhouse team across digital, print, and environmental design.

You’ll mentor a talented team, collaborate with top-tier agencies, and bring to life the spirit of Lucas Restaurants, from Melbourne icons like Chin Chin to the newest venues redefining the hospitality scene. With six-plus years of experience in a similar senior role, an eye for innovation, and a knack for managing complex, multi-brand projects, you’ll set the bar for creativity in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• 6+ years of professional graphic experience in a similar senior creative role within a multi-brand environment or creative agency.
• Proven track record in managing and mentoring creative teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Experience in delivering innovative digital and print creative assets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
